● Helping find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management
● Helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items
● Helping establish empirical product planning for a complex environment
● Facilitating stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed
Scrum Master serves the organization in several ways:
● Leading, training, and coaching the organization in its Scrum adoption
● Planning and advising Scrum implementations within the organization
● Helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact an empirical approach for complex work
● Removing barriers between stakeholders and Scrum Teams
A person, group, or organization that affects or may be affected by an organization's actions.
Stakeholders are Divided into:
● Customer: The customer is the person or organization that acquires the project product, service or other outcome.
● Users: The user is the individual or organization that directly uses the product of the project, service, or other outcome; also, in some industries the customer and users may be the same.
● Sponsor: The sponsor is the person or organization that provides resources and support for the project; the sponsor is also the stakeholder to whom everyone is ultimately accountable.
